Zinc Sulfide is an inorganic chemical compound having the formula ZnS. Zinc Sulfide is very highly purified additive that can be used to enhance coating and plastic products. ZnS is a white pigment used in paints, coating, paper, plastic and rubber application. Specifically, ZnS is also used for abrasion-sensitive coating systems polyester automotive compound and in UV curing paints for fast and complete hardening of thick paints films.
Zinc Sulfide can be transparent in its thick synthetic form, and it is utilised as a window for visual and infrared optics. It will help to prevent cracking, high thermal conductivity and reduces risk from corrosion in paints & plastics.
