All these are recommended for Injection Moulding processes which are an ideal choice for moulding rigid containers and structural components. This master batch is used as an additive to improve the properties of general grade in minute quantity.
These products are typical homo-polymer containing uniform distribution of graphene [5% W/W]. Graphene based is manufactured using melt compounding process in a balanced formulation of additives.
Advantages of Application Guide: -
Mix 1 Kg of master batch in 49 kilograms of Neat LLDPE to achieve 1%wt/v Graphene in final formulation. Else user can modify mixing ratio for their optimization study.
MB of Graphene based polymer is designed to provide:
